so i've finally decided to exercise and get healthy. i jogged today for six whole minutes. this may not seem like much to you, but it's a huge step for me. jogging is something i usually reserve only for chasing cats, or racing to be first in line at dairy queen. i feel good about this new habit. i've decided to stick with the treadmill and avoid jogging outside in the open. the following video shorts will explain why.
